MARCOMM Inc. is seeking a Product Information Analyst. In this position, will be responsible for a variety of activities as they relate to day-to-day management of a Consumer Business Groups' product information.

Position Duties:

  • Responsible for analysis and audit of product attribute information to assure consistency and completeness across the Consumer product portfolios
  • Responsible for executing tasks to prepare, upload and QA product information loaded to corporate systems for consumer products
  • Responsible for reviewing accuracy and completeness of images associated to product families
  • Responsible for keeping accurate records to track task status and completion
  • Ability to manage multiple spreadsheets with large amounts of data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and task, with changing priorities  

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of product information management and analysis experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills:

Must have used excel to compare data, find and replace information, filter and sort, clear formatting, used V-lookup formula for analyzing, comfortable working with multiple spreadsheets at a time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of product content administration
  • 1+ years of experience with a digital media repository
  • Familiarity with product data and attributes

Soft Skills:

  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
